Everyone has heard of AI. Only 30% use it daily.
A CNBC and SurveyMonkey survey of working people in the US. Only about 30% use AI daily at work, and 55% of companies still have no policy on using it at all.
A new CNBC and SurveyMonkey survey of working people in the United States shows something worth thinking about regarding AI at work.
Having opened ChatGPT once out of curiosity is near-universal. But bringing AI into steady daily use for work is only around 30%. The rest use it occasionally, or have barely brought it into real work at all.
The gap shows in the results: among those using AI daily, 84% say it saves time and 73% feel more confident doing the work. Another striking figure: 55% of companies still have no policy whatsoever on using AI.
This is a US survey and the numbers in Vietnam will certainly differ. But the picture is probably not unfamiliar.
Reading it, I thought it rings true. For most of us the question is no longer “do you know about AI”, but “do you use it steadily, and on the right work”.
Many shop owners and small business owners have installed a few AI tools and then left them there. Whereas simply using them steadily for a few repeating tasks, replying to messages, writing posts, building reports, already changes the shape of the day.
At CoreU we believe AI is a skill formed by doing it daily, trimming one task at a time, so we grow together rather than get left behind.
